Miley Cyrus who just reached her adulthood and can't resist the temptation of being an adult, enjoying making out with her boyfriend. According to Showbiz Spy, Miley's parent Billy Ray (Dad) and Tish (Mom)were against her idea of moving in with her boyfriend. A source said, Cyrus told them she'd move out if she didn't get her way. "In the end, Billy Ray and Tish, decided they'd rather have Miley under their roof with Liam than not knowing where she is at night," a source said.
